Find out where you are losing visibility, before you spend a cent fixing it
A fixed-fee, 10-day diagnostic covering how you appear across AI assistants and traditional search, where competitors are beating you, and exactly what to fix first.
The problem
Rankings look stable. Traffic does not. AI Overviews answer the questions your content used to win, and assistants recommend competitors by name, often without visiting your site at all.
Most teams respond by publishing more content into a problem that is not about volume.
Fit
This is built for you if
Head of Marketing
Traffic falling, rankings holding
“Something changed and the usual reports do not show it.”
Founder or CEO
About to commit budget to an AI or SEO programme
“I want an outside read before I sign anything.”
Marketing lead at a company mid-migration or mid-replatform
Site changing, visibility at risk
“We are about to move the site and nobody has measured what we currently have.”
This is probably not a fit if
- Sites with fewer than roughly 30 indexed pages. There is not enough surface to diagnose.
- Teams who want the fix executed rather than the problem diagnosed. That is the Marketing Systems engagement.
- Anyone expecting a ranking guarantee as an outcome.

Investment
Timeline and investment
Fixed fee · 10 working days from kickoff.
The audit is deliberately priced to be approvable by a marketing director without a procurement process. I will give you the figure on a short scoping call once I know the shape of your site. Single domain and three competitors is the standard scope, and multi-market or multi-brand sites are priced higher.
What changes the price: number of domains or subdomains, number of markets or languages, site size, and how much historical Search Console and GA4 data is available going in.
FAQ
Before you ask
- How long does it take?
- 10 working days from kickoff to delivered report.
- What do you need from my team?
- Read access to your site, Search Console, and GA4, plus three competitor names. Nothing else.
- Do you implement the fixes?
- The audit ends with a plan, not a build. If you want implementation, we can scope that separately, either directly or through theCSS Agency.
- What if the audit finds nothing wrong?
- That is a legitimate outcome and you will get an honest report saying so, along with what I would watch going forward.
